PROCESS

• I will contact you as many times as needed during the process and keep you updated
• Depending on complexity, a comission can take to 2-6 weeks to be completed
• All project files are delivered to the client via e-mail, discord or drive

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• Payments must be made in full before I start the commission
• All prices and payments are in EURO (€) and via PayPal or Bank Transfer
• Commission cannot be refund after the design preview has been delivery
• Invoice totals over 200€ can be paid 50% upfront, the final files will be transferred after the complete payment
• The client will only receive a full refund if chosen to cancel the commission before the delivery of the design preview
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund any project if it cannot be completed for any reason
• Returning customers have a 20% off in any order above 200€

PERMISSIONS & COPYRIGHT

• Comissions that are for personal use only, you are not allowed to resale, copy or modificate any of my work
• Commissions works will be used for my portfolio and social media accounts
• For comercial use please contact me or let me know before hand

OTHER INFORMATION

• Files will be delivery has PNG (static), MP4 (animated scenes), WEBM (everything with transparency) and PSD (stream shedule)
• When ordering, please provide as much information as possible and be specific (references, theme, colors, animations)
• If you have a deadline please communicate it to me. This could affect the project cost and can also be refused
• I reserve the right to refuse any project/commission request
